Congratulations to Erika McDonald on her new appointment to the position of New Zealand General Manager! After an immense year of growth in 2022, the New Zealand leaders saw it fit to expand the range of leadership roles in order to serve the staff and clients of all five offices. Erika has not only provided amazing work for our clients but also facilitates a supportive environment where staff can grow and create innovative solutions.
Erika holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Environmental Engineering. She has been working as an environmental consultant for 20 years, the last 12 of which have been based in Auckland, New Zealand. Erika is a Principal Engineer at ENGEO and has served in the role of Auckland Office Leader since 2019. This year Erika takes on a new challenge as New Zealand General Manager. This is a new role established to serve our ever-growing team of 128 staff across our five New Zealand offices.
