Vicky leads ENGEO’s quality and digital strategy initiatives from Christchurch, driving innovation across systems and processes. Her expertise spans across our internal systems, cloud infrastructure, AI integration, and digital transformation as well as overseeing the management and maintenance of our ISO certifications.

Outside of work, Vicky loves spending time with her family and everything sports, including Rugby Union (Go Crusaders!), Netball, and NFL.
