At ENGEO, we are looking to fill our early careers positions with highly motivated and enthusiastic graduates.
We offer exciting graduate pathways in New Zealand that provide practical experience and hands on mentorship to develop your skills. A few of our spots are already taken, but we still have opportunities available across the country:
What do we do?
We are a specialist consultancy servicing the property and construction industry, and a key responder to natural disasters and land hazards.
There are three main pillars to our team:
Ground engineering: Geotechnical Engineers and Engineering Geologists
Contaminated land and environment: Environmental Scientists and Engineers
Water services: Hydrologists, Hydrogeologists, and Groundwater Scientists
We deliver complex projects for quality clients who value our work:
What will you be doing?
As a graduate, you’ll support a range of projects by contributing technical input under the guidance of experienced professionals. You’ll gain hands-on experience through fieldwork, analysis, and reporting while working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
Many of our graduates also have opportunities to work on projects outside their home region! You could travel to other parts of New Zealand, as well as Australia, the Pacific, and over to California!
Culture at ENGEO
Our culture is our strategy, and we proudly put our people first. We believe great outcomes come from a happy, supported team - not the other way around! We keep hierarchy light and give you the tools you need to succeed. You’ll enjoy a flat structure, minimal hierarchy, and autonomy paired with plenty of support.
You’ll work on challenging projects which will stretch your abilities, you’ll have access to internal and external training, and experience career growth to new heights. We value integrity, collaboration, and bringing positive energy to everything we do.
If you’re curious, motivated, and keen to learn in a hands on consulting environment, we’d love to hear from you.
